Do-it-yourself airplane

We visited the 7th annual kjwl airshow in Fresno last weekend. Lots of people, lots of planes. This one looked like it had been made in high-school shop class out of broom handles and pvc pipe. Cute, but I wouldn't get on the thing.

Airplane memories

This plane is virtually identical to the one my father had when we where kids. There's a favorite family picture of the family around the plane with me making a stupid expression on my face. I'm trying (not very successfully I'll admit), to make the same face.

Urban 'birdy' Encroachment

I think they're cool, but not everyone agrees. Employees of the supermarket aren't so happy about the fact that it is illegal to take down the nests.

Blogging Directly from new Cell Phone

Ok, some expiramentation here. Just got the new cell phone (Nokia N95). Trying to blog directly from phone w/ pictures, video, etc. Pretty Cool! Mobile blogging w/out a computer! I'll get better as these posts progress.
